	<description>...or at least that&#39;s what we called them when we were kids.  Cicada is the learned term.  Or looks like it to me.  These are the ones that molt and leave there &quot;shells&quot; everywhere.  I remember having invasions of the things occasionally...near Washington DC, as a kid.
